Victoria University’s daily training environment in an intensive international environment directed and facilitated by Olympic experienced coaches, medalists and World Champions.
Victoria University allows for three specialists streams:
Kyurugi (Olympic Style) training and competition
Poomsae – Forms
Demonstration – Performances, exhibitions and competition
Although students major in a particular stream, training is directed to include a cross over of other streams. This ensures students are complete in their skill acquisition and acquire a mastery of Taekwondo holistically. This provides greater avenue for career choices by way of coaching and instructing on an elite and recreational level after graduation.
The training week provides for 8 – 10 hours of training in their major and 2 – 4 hours of training in the cross over stream.
Strength and Conditioning also occurs twice per week under specialist coaching.

Victoria University is equipped with supreme training facilities including two areas for Taekwondo, Strength and Conditioning Gym, Olympic sized swimming pool, multiple courts for Basketball and Badminton, Tennis courts, sporting ovals and many more.
